He serves as the company’s primary consultant, working with networks, broadcast and cable stations, newspapers, syndicators, sports and entertainment companies and other businesses as they embrace evolving media. He also develops innovative new products, research and marketing solutions on all platforms where clients engage and interact with their customers. Larry conducts Impact Players Workshops® as a part of The Producing SchoolSM at THE BROADCAST IMAGE GROUP. He trains executives, managers, multimedia journalists and content creators in all editorial and production phases of news, marketing and programming operations to build, implement and execute, with relentless consistency, their 360 Broad Brand Strategic Plan. Prior to forming THE BROADCAST IMAGE GROUP in 1986, Larry served as Manager of the ABC News Advisory Service. He worked with more than 40 affiliates on everything from news program development to content analysis to hands-on design of station and news graphics. He also developed news marketing strategies and conducted station and broadcast group News, Production, and Management Workshops. Larry joined ABC in 1979, at KGO-TV in San Francisco, where he served as Late News Executive Producer, Assistant News Director, and Executive Producer of Program Development. In 1983, Larry moved to New York as Executive Producer of Programming at WABC-TV where he developed New York Style, a daily entertainment and talk show and supervised the production of The Morning Show with Regis Philbin (Now LIVE with Regis and Kelly) and the nationally syndicated music video series, New York Hot Tracks. A graduate of Boston University’s School of Communications, he began his career as Assignment Editor at WBZ-TV, Boston’s number one news station. Moving to San Antonio, Texas, as Executive News Producer for KSAT-TV, Larry began reshaping the number three operation from the ground up. When he departed in 1977, KSAT was number one in Late News. Hired away by KUSA in Denver, Larry produced their top-rated Late News before taking the Early News hour to number one for the first time in the station’s history. Larry then joined WDSU-TV, in New Orleans as Executive Producer where he swept awards from UPI for Best Coverage of Breaking News and Best Newscast in Louisiana. Larry has won Emmy Awards for both his news and programming work. Larry is the author of The Producing Strategy 2.0, a book that defines how to deliver customer-centered television journalism in an evolving media world. Working in partnership with his wife, Stephanie, Executive Vice President and COO, they live in San Antonio, Texas. They have two children, Joshua, Director, Sales & Business Development at Mass Relevance and Lindsay Stanford, who is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of Southern California.

She also coaches executives, managers and on-air talent in addition to conducting Talent Appearance and Performance Workshops. Stephanie’s coaching focuses on personal appearance, presentation, story sharing and team building to develop strong content-driven performance as the customer point of entry in building, implementing and executing, with relentless consistency, their 360 Broad Brand Strategic Plan. She conducts Talent Workshops on-site and in San Antonio. Each workshop and individual session is customized to the client’s specific needs. Linda views and collects market airchecks from around the world in search of the most innovative graphics, sets, promotions, story ideas, franchise and behavior content elements. She also monitors branding initiatives across all platforms to contribute to clients' Evolving Media strategies. Linda works closely with client stations to provide customized examples tailored to meet each of their specific resource needs. She also keeps an extensive database of vendors and syndicators. By identifying and tracking trends, Linda keeps THE BROADCAST IMAGE GROUP clients on the cutting edge of our industry. Linda also maintains THE BROADCAST IMAGE GROUP Promotable Story Library, the industry's most extensive and comprehensive computerized database of story and promotion ideas and examples. She publishes Promotable Story Updates and works with clients year-round on their strategic and rating period planning. Through constant communication with clients, Linda identifies "home run" stories and provides a network of new story ideas. Linda also coordinates and conducts focus groups for client stations based on their research needs. Prior to joining THE BROADCAST IMAGE GROUP, Linda worked as a Marketing Associate for The Bank of Boulder and as an Assistant Race Director for The Bolder Boulder 10k, the fourth largest road race in the United States. She earned her MA in Journalism from The University of Colorado and her BA from the University of San Diego. Linda and her husband live in Denver, Colorado and have two daughters, Isabella and Annalise.

She went on to become an Emmy-nominated correspondent and anchor for the E! Entertainment Network in both Los Angeles and New York. She was also host for many "live" red carpet premieres on E! Returning to news, she worked as evening anchor for the statewide Texas News Network, based in San Antonio. Michelle graduated with a BA in Communications and International Politics from Trinity University.
